Pebble Customs (“we”, “us”) runs this shop to sell digital FiveM vehicles and custom assets. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Checkout email (required) so we can send receipts and help you recover downloads.
- Discord account details if you choose to sign in (user ID, username, avatar).
- Order details: products purchased, amounts, payment provider references, and download access tokens.
- Messages you send through Discord, bug reports, or the custom work form.
- Basic technical logs needed to run the site securely (for example IP-based rate limiting).
How we use it
- To process payments, deliver ZIP downloads, and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To email order receipts and help guests reopen files via Find your order.
- To attach purchases to your Discord account when you sign in (My Pebble).
- To answer support, custom work, and refund requests.
Payment processors
Card and wallet payments are handled by Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Those providers process payment data under their own privacy policies.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymised page-view insights. It helps us understand which pages are used, not to sell personal profiles.
Retention & sharing
We keep order records as long as needed for delivery, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with processors required to run the shop (hosting, payments, email, object storage) or when required by law.
Your choices
You can shop as a guest with email only. Discord login is optional. For access or deletion requests related to your account or orders, contact us on Discord with your order ID and checkout email.
